TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Crea8ive Minds for creative services, web/app development, video production, digital marketing, or print services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all project proposals, quotes, contracts, and work deliverables provided by our studio.

2. Scope of Services

We provide in-house creative solutions across the following service areas:

• Branding & Graphic Design: Logos, brand books, packaging, menu designs, corporate stationery, and social creatives.
• Website & App Development: Custom responsive websites, UI/UX design, e-commerce storefronts, and cross-platform mobile apps.
• Video Production & 3D: Promotional videos, commercial shoots, post-production editing, and 3D Blender animation.
• Digital Marketing & SEO: Search engine optimization, Meta & Google Ads management, social media marketing, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Print & Event Branding: High-quality printing files, posters, event collateral, backdrops, and promotional materials.

3. Project Quotes, Payments & Milestones

Project costs, payment schedules, and key deliverables are outlined in your project proposal or invoice:

• Deposit: A deposit (as agreed in the proposal) is required before project commencement or kick-off.
• Milestone Payments: Payments are due upon completion of designated project stages (e.g. design sign-off, staging deployment, final export).
• Final Delivery: High-resolution design files, final video exports, website transfer, or domain launch are released upon full payment clearance.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables Ownership

Upon receipt of 100% full payment, the Client owns the final approved custom deliverables created specifically for their project (logos, final design files, compiled codebase, finalized video exports). Crea8ive Minds retains the right to display completed project work in our portfolio, website, and promotional reels unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed in writing prior to project commencement.

5. Client Responsibilities & Content Approvals

Clients are responsible for providing timely brand assets, copy text, images, and approvals. Project timelines depend directly on prompt client feedback. The Client guarantees that all assets provided to the studio do not violate third-party copyrights or trademarks.

6. Revisions & Scope Modifications

Each proposal specifies the included revision rounds. Additional iterations or scope modifications outside the approved initial brief will be quoted and billed separately.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Davangere, Karnataka.
